      Professor Dr. Modesta Amaka Egiyi is a distinguished academic in accounting and financial management and a professor at Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu. She holds a B.Sc. from ESUT and M.Sc. & Ph.D. from UNEC. A fellow of ICAN, she is also affiliated with SWAN, ICAD, IPMA, IIAN, and CITN. Her research focuses on technology integration in accounting, particularly robotic process automation, and she has authored over 70 publications.

      Prof. Egiyi has played key leadership roles in ICAN’s Annual Accountants Conference and the ICAN Academic Conference. She has received multiple recognitions for her contributions to finance and governance. Her notable works, including “The Politics of Borrowing in Nigeria,” provide insights into fiscal policies and economic sustainability.
